Nice comfortable cottage and if you want to get away from phones and media (no Wi-fi or mobile signal) then this the ideal location for you. Walks aplenty on you doorstep. There is no light pollution so on clear nights youll see lots of stars. The food at the local pub (crown) was very good and if your Gluten-free they are helpful.

A comfortable, pretty cottage for a couple in a beautiful wooded valley. Space is quite tight with the log burner taking a central position.

A cosy cottage that is really comfortable and well-equipped. The wood-burning stove and the books were vital, as our holiday coincided with storm Dennis. Lovely walks on the doorstep when the weather allowed, but to be honest, we hunkered down by the fire and listened to the storm rage for most of the week, grateful to be high on a hill, not down aRead more valley. It's dog-friendly, though the garden is not enclosed, so a tether is useful. We'll be back in better weather to explore more of the area. Hide

A lovely cozy cottage, suitable for dogs and located near sugar loaf. We stayed for a weekend and in the rain it was fine for four people but would not have been Anouilh space for us all for longer.

The cottage was in a very lovely spot away from civilization other than one neighbour. There was a great pub down the road which served good food and was dog friendly but you are advised to book as it gets very busy.

Gem of a cottage tucked away on a beautiful Welsh hillside with lovely walks along the valley, over the hill and down to the river...great for dogs, particularly Spaniels! Cottage was cosy, well equipped and had its own little garden...we had a really sunny week!

Faraway Cottage is in a tiny and fairly isolated hamlet, and is perfect for a quiet and relaxing break. There is plenty of walking in this beautiful part of the world, some of it flat, and some of it strenuous. The cottage itself is cosy and well-appointed, and a good size for four people. Highly recommended.
