Conveniently located close to Hayle Towan’s beach and to the local town centre, this delightful property is also just a stroll from the waterside, and a great place for those who enjoy beautiful coastal walks. St Ives, a favourite with artists, surfers and holidaymakers, is a short drive away. Local attractions include Tate St Ives, Karting, Poldark and Geevor Tin Mines, and, for the young at heart, the Flambards and Paradise Theme parks. Also, nearby are the popular town of Penzance, Lands End, the beautiful beaches of Sennen Cove.  
On entering this cosy single-level property you will find yourself in a spacious and welcoming lounge/kitchen/diner. In the snug and inviting lounge you can enjoy the TV and DVD or gaze out through the patio at the delightful views as you snuggle up in front of the wood burner effect electric fire. The functional but stylish kitchen area is well equipped with all you might need including electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and washing machine. There is a dining area which looks out onto the garden. Leaving the lounge area, you will find a spacious, bright and airy double bedroom and an en-suite shower room complete with WC.
Heading outside, you can relax in the lovely enclosed garden/patio area which looks out onto lovely estuary views. A BBQ is included.

Dont tell anyone but Estuary View is a must, (we want to go again). Very relaxing easy walk into Hayle, we ate in the Cornubia Inn, and of course had a Philps Pasty (yum) also went to Gilberts on the Quay, I had some of the best mussels ever with a delicious cream and white wine sauce with lovey bread. Perfect apartment, spotlessly clean and well provisioned. The private garden was lovely to sit out in, overlooking the estuary. Hayle itself has some lovely shops and places to eat and is handy for the extensive dunes, beaches, surfing and beach cafes. Proximity to St Ives a bonus.

Estuary view was one of the best stays we have had in Cornwall. The apartment was lovely with a beautiful secluded, peaceful garden and a most amazing view. There was a safe place for our car right next door, not that we used it as we went everywhere by train, the station being a 20 minute walk along the King George walk. Excellent location. Very relaxing and quiet apartment with garden and views. No need for a car if staying local and walking or using bus/trains. All amenities nearby across the estuary. Fantastic walks to Hayle beaches. Slightly small bed. All in all a great holiday feeling.

We really enjoyed our stay at Estuary view a comfortable place to stay and a great location. They provided a high chair and travel cot for our little one and it had everything we would need for our weeks stay. The property is in an ideal central location for being able to reach most of the Cornish attractions. It is only a short walk into Hayle for going out to eat etc. and ideally situated fro access to the beach.

Estuary view apartment suited our needs perfectly. As my wife has slight mobility issues, we needed an apartment with ground floor access and all on one level. Plus a dedicated carpark mere steps from the door! We loved sitting outside watching the wildlife in the estuary. Shops, restaurants and cafes are a 10 minute walk away for people with averaRead morege fitness Levels. Anyone with mobility issues will need a car ! Hide

Amazing location, lovely views over the estuary. Stunning coastal walks from the doorstep and places to eat. Good base to also visit other Cornish villages. The bottle of Prosecco was much appreciated. We had a great holiday

An ideal holiday home for two. Clean, comfortable and quiet with a lovely view of the estuary. Easy walking distance to local shops with Asda and Lidl nearby plus good selection of takeaways. Lovely local pub just up the hill. Have stayed several times.

This is the second time that we have stayed here and it was perfect for us. We just love the peace and quiet of the property, and the view of the estuary. With so many places to eat in the evenings all just a short stroll away. We will be back.
