This property with open-plan living, vaulted ceilings and exposed beams has been renovated in 2016 with a large terraced area, perfect for alfresco dining. Located nearby the owners property yet very private. A perfect base to explore the county of Hampshire.

Situated just a short stroll from the River Hamble, in the small village of Burridge. Botley and Park Gate are within close proximity for day to day amenities. Just a short drive will take you to Southampton or Portsmouth which offers extensive shopping at Gunwharf Quays, magnificent theatres, live music venues, two Cathedrals and many great places to eat across miles and miles of waterfront. The city of Winchester is just 14 miles where you can visit the largest Farmers Market in the UK or indulge in a pub lunch. Attractions nearby include Beacon Hill National Nature Reserve, Calshot Activities Centre and Itchen Valley Country Park. Leisure facilities: wood fired hot tub.

The pictures made the property look much larger than it actually is. Very well equipped however not helpful when a coffee machine is there to use but the coffees are all in another language so you dont know what your drinking ! Fabulous location, peaceful with only horses and chickens as neighbours, great views. Lots to see and do in surrounding area. Great gazebo and wood burning hot tub. Well equipped barn, beautifully renovated. Like it so much booked for a third time in 2020.

The property was outstanding except for the television not being tuned in right and the Wi-Fi being very slow. My two dogs loved the garden. We didn't use a hot tub because we had concerned about how the hot tub was cleaned out. This is a lovely cottage in a beautiful location. It has everything you need to have a quality break. Our dog loved the garden. It is much bigger than we were expecting. There are lots of eating places nearby that are dog friendly and good value.

A beautiful cottage, fitted to very high standards and very well suited to the needs of our two labradors. Lovely walks from the cottage where the dogs could run free.. It rained nearly all the time, but there were good drying facilities including a hoe pipe with warm water, the dogs loved it.

A very warm welcome from Bridget on arrival and a basket with chocolates ,wine and an Easter egg for Ryan. Very peaceful and the perfect place to rest and recuperate. Ryan had a football injury so the sky sports and wifi where a god send!!! Dogs loved the chickens,ducks and sheep!!! which kept them occupied for hours. Perfect cottage for couple/small family who have a dog as the garden area is safe but also very spacious. Cottage has all mod cons and comfortable too. Very private - as long as you dont count the sheep, ducks and chickens!

Comfortable, luxury cottage. The owners have tried to think of everything but are open to any further suggestions. Good location for the South Downs, New Forest & the South Coast. Smashing conversion with more mod cons than you could shake a stick at: my 82 yr old mother was afraid to try the boiling water tap and couldn't fathom out the toaster! Comfortable beds, lovely bath towels. Both bathrooms are wet rooms which is possibly not ideal for the elderly or toddlers.
