Very clean. Very warm cosy cottage. Had the basics for a weeks holiday. Would only recommend to a family with 2 smaller/younger children as be a little cramped for 4 adults. We enjoyed the log burner most evenings. Nice garden with seating and a BBQ. Good to have a drive so didn't need to worry about parking although very tight if other cars parkedRead more opposite. Location fabulous, only used the car twice. Short walk to the shops and beach. Train to Norwich. Coastal Path to Cromer. Hide

The cottage was very cosy and very clean. It had everything you needed. The wood burner was a bonus and was used every evening. Very different to just central heating. Its in a central location and restaurant/pub was a 30 seconds walk and there food was amazing and very welcoming

Comfortable, cosy cottage and 10 minutes walk from sea. Quite small so four adults would be a squash although there is a garden room for the warmer months.

Disappointed there were no wardrobes, as rooms were too small to fit one in but a clothes rail was provided and proved adequate, as there were just 2 of us. Great location from a positive perspective. Frying pan was small and wobbly and no scissors in kitchen.
