CHARMING COTTAGE IN SHERINGHAM ON THE NORTH NORFOLK COAST

The traditional property is located on a quiet residential road and is within walking distance of the shops, train station and coast. Renovated in 2016 and delightfully furnished by the owners the property offers an ideal base from where to explore coast and country.

The seaside town of Sheringham offers a wealth of things to do, with The Mo Museum, Steam Railway with steam trains running frequently to Holt and Weybourne, Splash Swimming Pool and Golf Course. The thriving high street offers a wealth of independent stores, coffee shops and places to eat. Local attractions include, The Muckleburgh Collection, National Trust properties at Felbrigg and Blickling, Wiverton Hall as seen on TV on Normal For Norfolk, Bewilderwood and The Dinosaur Adventure Park. From Morston and Blakeney take a trip to see the seals or simply enjoy being beside the sea.

On entering this charming cottage into a cosy lounge area lounge with woodburner (first basket of logs included) and TV/DVD. A well equipped kitchen/diner with electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer and washing machine. Stairs leading to the first floor a Norfolk Winder staircase giving access to the three bedrooms a double bedroom, and two single bedrooms. The family bathroom comprises of bath with shower over, WC and wash hand basin.

Outside: enclosed garden with patio area, garden furniture, BBQ. A sun room ideal for relaxing, with separate WC. There is off-road parking at the front of the property.

Dogs are charged at £20 each per full or part week.

Kipper cottage was very well equipped, very cosy & comfortable helped by the lovely Woodburner. It is a perfect base for spending time in beautiful Sheringham & enjoying everything it has to offer. A very relaxing week, just what was needed!

Kipper Cottage in Sheringham, lovely cosy cottage, everything you need well equipped, very clean, fantastic location, close to town, plenty of places to eat within walking distance. Would certainly recommend this cottage, off road parking too!

Apart from the two comments mentioned above we loved this cottage and would stop there again. it was clean, well equipped, spacious and very comfortable. Would also recommend Sheringham as a lovely holiday location and very dog friendly!

The location is excellent being just a short walk into town and the sea. It is also ideal for dog walking with the common and heath just a 100 yards away.

Kipper Cottage is a semi-detached house a short distance from Sheringham town centre and the coast. There are bus stops nearby so very convenient for exploring the area or for walkers getting to difference points on the Norfolk coastal path. The house has an enclosed rear garden which is great if you are bringing a dog. There is off street parking Read moreon a drive at the side of the house. A nice little cottage in a good quiet location to ammenties and days out. Kipper Cottage was well equipped with everything you needed for a holiday. On the whole a really nice small cottage in a great location just a short walk from the town centre and sea. Log burner is a great feature. We had a lovely time away in Kipper Cottage, it has everything you need within and out and about! Our dog thoroughly enjoyed it too! We will definitely be returning!

Cottage is an excellent location within easy walking distance to town and sea front and major supermarket. There is enough space for off road parking for two cars. Would recommend for short stay holidays in both summer and winter.

Disappointed there were no wardrobes, as rooms were too small to fit one in but a clothes rail was provided and proved adequate, as there were just 2 of us. Great location from a positive perspective. Frying pan was small and wobbly and no scissors in kitchen.
