There is plenty in the local area to suit all tastes, including the wilds of Dartmoor National Park, which is located just 16 miles south of the property. The beautiful gardens at RHS Rosemoor are just a short drive away, whilst the stunning sandy beaches of Bude and Westward Ho! are both to be found within a thirty-minute drive.

This spacious but cosy barn conversion property offers single-storey accommodation sleeping four, and is accessed via a concrete ramp, leading to the front door, which opens directly into the open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. The lounge area is a relaxing space, with two reclining sofas, and a TV/DVD. Behind this area, the spacious kitchen/diner has a dining table and is equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, and washing machine. The property’s two bedrooms are both restful, light, and airy rooms, the first of which, a king-size room, benefits from an en-suite shower and WC. The second room is a delightful twin room, which has its own TV, making it great for children who may enjoy the treat of watching TV from their beds first thing in the morning. The property’s main shower room is a fully-tiled wet room, with a large rainfall shower and WC.

Outside, the property enjoys an enclosed garden, which has a pleasant patioed seating area with a BBQ. There is also a two-acre paddock next to the property, which can be used by guests to exercise their dogs. Ample parking is available.

The cottage is perfect for those seeking a quiet and peaceful escape - it is in the heart of the countryside. The cottage is very clean and cosy - excellent facilities provided to cater for all. There is a double bedroom with ensuite, and two single beds in a second room, and a very generous and spacious family bathroom. A beautiful cottage set in beautiful quiet Devon countryside, a little isolated, but this was just what we wanted really. The cottage is spacious with a lovely large wet room for anyone needing more space . Perfect little cottage, nicely tucked away from the hustle and bustle of every day life. We really enjoyed the peace & quiet, fields as far as the eye can see, but lots of great places to explore. We loved it and so did the dogs. Facilities at the property were excellent. It's quite out of the way, so you'll need to drive a good 20mins to find a suRead morepermarket, but this was no problem for us. Cottage was very clean. Great field next door we could use for a quick spin with the 4 Greyhounds! Hide

For total peace and quiet this was perfect. Our three dogs were welcomed and they loved the enclosed garden along with the large field outside the gate which they could have a good old run around. Full marks absolutely perfect in all ways.
