A traditional fisherman’s cottage situated in the heart of the beautiful old town of Looe and just a few yards from the beach.

Situated in the backstreets of the unspoilt picturesque fishing port of Looe on the beautiful South Cornish Coast, this property is close to the river and the promenade, and is only a stone’s throw from the town’s fantastic mix of bistros, inns, restaurants and independent stores. Enjoy one of the many boat trips which include fishing expeditions and leisurely glass bottom rides out to the glorious nature reserve on Looe Island. Close by is the village of Polperro with its picture postcard harbour and colourful narrow streets. Attractions in the area include The Monkey Sanctuary, The Adrenalin Quarry, Go Karting, Porfell Wildlife Park, The Eden Project and many National Trust properties.

On entering this cosy and delightfully traditional property you will find the snug, bright and stylish lounge, complete with TV/DVD. The attractive and airy kitchen/diner makes a delightful space in which to enjoy a meal, and is well-equipped with everything you might need including electric oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and washing machine. Heading upstairs to the first floor you will find a cosy double bedroom and bathroom with bath and separate shower. Separate WC. Heading up to the second floor you will discover two further bedrooms: one with a four-poster bed, and the other a twin room. 
 
There is public car parking available nearby at an additional charge. Beach, pubs and shops are all to be found within walking distance.
