DETACHED AND SPACIOUS PROPERTY IN PLEASANT RURAL SETTING

Traditional converted barn situated within a small farm and woodlands, remaining very tranquil but still close to the resorts and beaches of neighbouring Pembrokeshire. A super base to relax and explore the beautiful coastline and countryside of West Wales.

The Carmarthen and Pembrokeshire border provides a host of stunning opportunities for those looking to enjoy an active and varied holiday. Pretty villages and towns such as Narberth with its eclectic mix of shop and restaurants are a short drive away and ideal for some more discerning retail therapy. History lovers have a plethora of castles to choose from including Manorbier, Carew, Laugharne to name but a few. The coast offers plenty for water-sport enthusiasts with lovely beaches and picturesque harbours within 10-15 miles. Popular attractions such as Oakwood theme park and Folly Farm provide fun for all ages before heading home to your rural retreat.

The accommodation offers TWO bedrooms: 1 twin. On the ground floor, 1 double with en-suite shower and WC. Bathroom: with bath and WC. Separate WC, on the ground floor. Lounge: with wood burner, Smart TV, DVD, a selection of books and games, and patio doors leading to the garden. Kitchen/diner: well-equipped with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. Utility room: with washing machine and tumble dryer. Outside: enclosed garden with patio area and garden furniture. Amenities: ample parking. Bed linen, towels, electric, central heating and Wi-Fi included. Regret no smoking. 1 dog welcome- please be aware that the property has underfloor heating throughout. Location: beach 14 miles, pub and shop 2 miles.

Dogs are charged at £20 each per full or part week.

A very clean, cosy and warm cottage - surpassed our expectations and was even better than it looked online. A truly dog friendly property - with an enclosed garden. Blaennos is a fabulous conversion of a milking parlour, high up above Whitland, close to the Preseli Hills - it was a gorgeous setting, and the cottage was beautiful, very homely, warm and comfortable. This is the perfect place for a family to stay. Excellent amount of space. It is made up to a high standard. I am not sure that this could be improved upon, very friendly hosts.
