Nestling next to a beautiful stream this pleasantly furnished cottage forms part of an exclusive village resort. Offering the perfect holiday retreat and a great base from which to explore all that this county has to offer. Within walking distance of the cottage you have the lovely sandy beaches of Maenporth and Swanpool. Head out further along the stunning coastline where there are many quaint fishing villages to explore or the larger town of Falmouth with its yacht marinas and array of shops, galleries, museums and restaurants. Alternatively, days out can include visits to the sub-tropical gardens of Trebah and Glendurgan, Flambards Adventure Park, Helford River or the Eden Project.


On entering this lovely property you will find yourself in a spacious open-plan lounge/kitchen/dining area, complete with TV/DVD. The lounge area is bright and airy, and the dining area is nicely set aside so you can enjoy a family meal. Moving into the kitchen you will find all you’re likely to need including electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. Heading upstairs you will find three cosy bedrooms: one double and two twins, and a bathroom with shower over the bath and WC. (Laundry facilities, including washing machine are available on site.)


Heading outside you will find the rear garden area complete with garden furniture, BBQ and access to gardens shared with other properties in this attractive resort. Staying in the resort you will find access to the family welcoming clubhouse that provide food and drink,  splash pool, Jacuzzi, gym and all-weather tennis courts, as well as the children’s play area which includes climbing frames and a slide. During the high season the club house provides snacks, drinks, meals and takeaways. You will find a small shop on site for those shopping essentials and daily papers that can be pre-ordered. There is off-road parking available for one car, though further parking is available.

Dogs are charged at £20 each per full or part week.

Exellent peacefull location,with well maintained gardens and brook. Everyone we met were extremely helpful and pleasant. The location was very central for the beaches and close enough to Falmouth for any shops or restaurants.

This is a fabulous cottage - well equipped with comfy beds, a steaming hot shower and in a lovely location near to Falmouth. The car parking space is really close to the front door so easy to load and unload the car. Nice communal garden area (we took a badminton net and had fun playing in the evenings), Patio area has a bbq and picnic table.

A nice three bedroom terrace house in a fine development. Good for dogs and not far from the beach in the car.
