A characterful converted barn overlooking the Cleddau estuary in picturesque Hundleton.

On a quiet complex of four holiday properties, this beautiful barn is perfectly located for enjoying the peace and tranquility of the Pembrokeshire countryside. Nature lovers will enjoy spotting the variety of birds and coastal wildlife, and the coastal path runs over common ground nearby, providing excellent walking opportunities. Also nearby is the town of Pembroke; here, explore the Norman castle, the shops and tea rooms. Many sandy beaches are within a 15 minute drive, while the bustling seaside resorts of Tenby and Saundersfoot are approximately 11 miles away - great for a day trip.

With its exposed beams and large windows, the barn makes the most of its location. Relax in the spacious lounge and take it all in, or watch TV or a DVD in front of the electric fire. The kitchen/diner is fully equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher, as well as a washing machine. The accommodation is all on one level, meaning the property’s three bedrooms are all also on the ground floor. There’s a double bedroom with a TV and two twins, making this a great property for families. The bathroom has a shower over the bath and a WC, and there’s a shower room with shower and WC.

Outside you’ll find a private patio and garden furniture to the rear, so you can sit in the sun and enjoy the countryside views, and a shared open lawn to the front overlooking the river. The complex also has a slipway to the Cleddau estuary - great for boating enthusiasts - and there is ample parking.

Dogs are charged at £20 each per full or part week.

Lovely week away. Great facilities, close for a family walk with the dogs. Visiting Pembroke castle, Tenby, Saundersfoot and the local indoor water park. Just disappointed that we walked to the local pub during the day and it wasnt open until 6pm. Overall a lovely relaxing break.

Stunning property which was cosy and met all our needs with our dogs. The caretaker was wonderful and attentive. There were new memory foam mattresses on all the beds, so didn't need the mattress topper I took! It was very warm , so didn't need all the winter woolies and blankets I took 'just incase'. The heating is on 6am til midnight. And there iRead mores a thermostat in the kitchen. Sat nav takes you to the right location , just had to drive another hundred yards. Would 100% like to return. Beautiful location & fantastic that we were able to take our dogs, however, it is not a relaxing property to be in if the weather is poor.

Cottage is very dog friendly although the stoned area outside is not. The cottage is in a very quite but lovely location and a good base to explore places.

Generally the cottage was good, well equipped and clean. The location is lovely and dog friendly. Internet was hopeless, we were unable to access it all week.

good location for south pembrokeshire - very comfortable and well equipped cottage. - with great conservatory. only one double room and single rooms not very comfortable for a second couple - would be great for a family. would stay again.

Ash Cottage has a lovely conservatory looking out towards the estuary and was light and airy. We spent a lot of time just relaxing here. Location was very convenient to many beaches and to the town of Pembroke. I would recommend this holiday home 100%,we had a great time
