The photos do not do the cottage justice, spacious for two people and a dog. Beautiful setting, loved waking up and being able to see the farm land and the sea. Beautiful front room views and log burner. Lovely owner

The property for 2 is as good as it gets with space, situation and all the things one would hope and expect in a property. It is much bigger than normal for 2 people. There is one elephant in the room and that is the drive to the property. A half mile track which is not tarmac challenges drivers unsure off road. Newdowns Cottage is a beautiful building, literally a three minute walk from the coastal path. It is the perfect place to completely switch off and relax in such scenic surroundings. It is very remote but thats just what we wanted! The owner was welcoming and friendly. She even waved us off when we left the cottage!

Beautiful accommodation in a wonderful location but there's no getting away from the fact that access is tricky for low slung vehicles - we really struggled with our golf estate.
