Yurt great. Loved it. Owners very helpful. In heart of countryside, on its own, plenty of space, within 5 yds of river, sheltered from wind, yet less than 2miles from Brecon. Great for allowing children to make a noise! Lots of opps for open fires; wood & firelighters provided. Well appointed, with attention to details. No mains electric, adequate Read morelights from solar, & hot water for showers. Think through device charging needs. Loo 10-15yds from yurt - be prepared for night treks! Bring a torch. Hide

We had a wonderful holiday at Otters Holt. We all totally relaxed. Even the extremes of the Welsh weather couldnt put a dampener on this holiday.

The location is beautiful, and yurt is larger than you think! We took our 4 kids who are 3, 7, 9 and 13 and they all had a great time. Before we went I looked up lots of fun days out locally (of which there are plenty), but we actually only went out one day to the local showcaves which was excellent - but for the rest of the holiday we stayed at thRead moree yurt, playing swing ball, football, doing some archery, den building, sitting round camp fires... it's a magical place. Thank you Hide

The yurt was perfect. We had acres of land to ourselves for the kids to roam and collect firewood. We lit a fire outside every evening and stayed up to watch the stars. The yurt was cosy even though the temperature dropped to 1 def at night. The kitchen was really well kitted out. We all loved it and hope to return.
