A lovely cottage for a quiet retreat. Kitchen was adequately equipped with self-catering basics. Though it sleeps 4, the living-dining and bed arrangements are ideal for 3 people. Well heated and so well located for walks locally and as a base for exploring further afield in the peaks. Will gladly return!

Great location for walking, very quiet with no roads and lots of space outside and therefore really safe for dogs and children.

Quaint little cottage in the middle of the Peak District. Clean & comfortable. Easy access to Hope, Castleton and surrounding areas. Walking right from the door. Would recommend for those looking for a walking break in the Peaks and would use again. Doggy friendly!

Great location, quiet but not far from the train station or shops in Hope village. Great walks and cycling close by. Cottage has everything you need. Recommend you bring torches for walks at night and slippers as the floors and stairs are wooden.

Ideal location for walkers. Quiet, beautiful surroundings.

This comfortable and cosy cottage is in a prime location for walkers and cyclists. Some of the kitchen equipment could do with updating but this did not detract from a great week away from the hustle and bustle of life.
