One of three properties located in a delightful position in the Dove Valley. Nearby fishing and cycling make this property an ideal choice for those wanting to spend time in the great outdoors.
Situated on the upper reaches of the beautiful Dove Valley, this is a pretty stone barn nestled in a rural hamlet. Guests who enjoy fishing can head to the nearby River Dove where excellent trout fishing is available by prior arrangement. For keen cyclists, the trails of Tissington and Manifold are close by, along with bicycle hire and electric bikes to make light work of the undulating hills.
Guests enter the stone barn into the kitchen-diner, equipped with all the necessities guests require. Large glazed doors make this room bright and airy, and lead out onto a pretty patio that’s perfect for whiling away an afternoon. On the ground floor there is also a bathroom with a shower cubicle, hand basin and toilet-ideal for kicking off muddy boots. A separate cosy lounge is made for curling up and watching TV after a day spent outdoors.
Upstairs there are three double bedrooms, two with king size beds and one bedroom containing two single beds. From the windows of the bedrooms, guests can enjoy delightful views of the surrounding landscape, and enjoy a peaceful night’s sleep in this rural idyll. Upstairs there is also a family bathroom with a bath, shower, hand basin and toilet.
Outside is a delightful terraced area infront of the cottage where you can relax and take in the stunning views of the surrounding hills.
This cottage is one of three properties in this location. Booked together, the properties can sleep up to 20 people.
