Easy to access. The bottle of Prosecco and Bakewell Tart were a nice welcome and there was a pint of milk in the fridge and tea and coffee available so we could make a hot drink as soon as we arrived. Our only negative was the sofa which we found very uncomfortable. We did message the host and were told that it had only been purchased in May. OveraRead morell, a lovely cottage in a great location.
