The perfect location for a relaxing holiday. The barn is beautifully renovated, and fitted and furnished with thought and taste. The adjacent paddock was perfect for our German Shepherd.

A very comfortable and dog friendly cottage that would also suit some people with limited mobility. The setting is great for walkers and the scenery beautiful. The fittings are all good quality and the owner is very helpful and friendly. We would recommend both the cottage and the owner.

Probably the best holiday let we've ever had. It was comfortable, well-appointed and ideally located for walking our two Cocker Spaniels from the doorstep. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to friends.

This was our second stay at West Side Barn and it was just as homely and cosy as we remembered. Mike is a great host and was available if we had any questions or problems. The weather was mixed but being snuggled up in a warm cottage with a lovely glass of wine made up for it. Definitely recommend this property if you want a good base to explore thRead moree Peak District. Hide
