This cottage was well suited for my family of six. It was very clean, fresh and up-to-date throughout each room. The amenities in the kitchen, the ease of internet, the modernity of the showers, etc were greatly appreciated.

Cosy and well equipped cottage with plenty of space in great location for the Peak District and Sheffield. We had a very nice break despite plenty of rain.

Had a lovely holiday. It was great to have the utility room to dry off wet dogs. If you want a nearby walk with dogs go up Joan Lane and there is a field on your left with a public footpath running through it. A great cottage if you are a climber as Bamford Edge and Stanage Edge are nearby

Cottage is in a great location, very clean and tidy. The snug room is ideal for children or to read a book alone. The rooms are spacious, facilities are good. Fabulous holiday escape. The pub is in walking distance and serves good food.

We (2 adults 2 children) stayed here in August and had a lovely time, the cottage is well located, parking was easily found outside, and close to pub/cafe/bakery etc. It was clean, all expected appliances and bedding. Lovely bedrooms and bathrooms and the extra lounge was fantastic.

Nice, comfortable, warm cottage ideal for a winter break. There is no garden and it is quite dark inside which would impact a summer holiday.

I will save my review until someone has contacted me to explain why it was necessary to enter the property and disturb us on 3 occasions in 5 days! I suffer with anxiety and was hoping for a relaxing break. Instead I felt on edge the whole time.

Lovely location - views in Bamford were stunning. Disappointing that there was no garden outside. Gate to the door was rotten and left lots of splinters.
