Enjoyed a pleasant stay at the cottage, everything was spotlessly clean, Hugo the owner was at hand if any issues occurred. I certainly would recommend a short break at the cottage.cannot think of any improvements to be made.

Considering the timing of the holiday - during the pandemic -the cottage was very clean and we felt very secure in there. There was everything that was needed for a short break and we felt very comfortable and relaxed in there. Location is great - quiet but an easy walk into Wirksworth for shops and amenities.

The cooking facilities were very good (oven, touch hob, lots of good pots and pans etc.) We enjoyed the variety of circuit walks on the door step. The location is absolutely stunning, the views are amazing. We took our dog and there were some beautiful walks. We have a 4x4 which was great for some of the steep and narrow roads around the village. The cottage its self was very clean, cosy and had everything we needed. The host was great and the little extras made the holiday special
