A beautiful property, well equipped, very clean and well cared for. The setting is superb in a real picture postcard village. Lots of lovely walks right on your doorstep. We wanted a quiet location away from the hotspots of the tourist trail, but still within close travelling distance...and this cottage was just perfect. In a lovely rural location, the accommodation was spotlessly clean and had everything we could ask for - including free range eggs! The cottage is in a very remote area. There is a pub about 10 minutes walk down the road which allows dogs in but it is not safe to walk there at night as it is extremely dark. Have to use the car to get anywhere as there are no footpaths and the road can be quite busy. It is a pleasant cottage but the wi-fi is very hit and miss. The cottage is heaRead moreted using storage heaters and they were on during the night which was not very comfortable. Hide
