This spacious three-bedroom apartment enjoys excellent ocean views and is a short walk to many beaches that Newquay has to offer.

Fabulous, enticing views of Towan Head and the ocean at this attractive first-floor apartment in the centre of the popular holiday resort of Newquay. An ideal spot for surfers, and sun worshipping on the expansive sands, is Fistral Beach located only a few minutes’ walk from the apartment.

Newquay Harbour is a short stroll across the coast path where you can absorb the spectacular views across Newquay Bay and the beaches towards Watergate Bay. The popular town of Newquay is a short walk past the 18-hole golf course and offers a range of shops, pubs, cafes, bars, restaurants, a new multi-plex cinema, leisure facilities and the National Marine Aquarium. You will be ideally placed for touring the whole north coast of Cornwall with its long sandy surfing beaches, sheltered coves, fishing villages and cliff-top walks to get involved with. There are attractions to suit all tastes which include Tate Gallery at St Ives, Bedruthan Steps, The Eden Project, numerous National Trust properties, Tintagel, Land’s End, Flambards Theme Park and Crealy Cornwall. Eat out in style with Jamie Oliver's Fifteen and Rick Stein’s Fistral both within easy driving distance. In the evenings enjoy town’s diverse nightlife or relax on the balcony and enjoy the sunsets with a glass of wine. In the winter, you can simply sit in comfort gazing towards the sea watching for the world famous ‘Cribbar’ wave and seeing the Atlantic storms crash in.

Situated on the first-floor, this light and airy holiday accommodation is reached by an internal staircase(or lift) via a shared lobby. The lounge enjoys fabulous ocean views, with comfy seating, large TV/DVD, a hi-fi, and a perfect balcony that has a six person table to eat and relax and watch the world go by. Make sure that you bring a pair of binoculars or a telescope to look out across the Atlantic. The kitchen/diner is well-equipped with a gas hob and electric oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer and microwave. The bathroom comes complete with a mixer shower over bath. The three-bedrooms are close by; the first has a king-size bed with an en-suite shower room and WC. Next door has a king-size bed and the other has twin beds. All bedrooms have a TV/DVD with Freeview for relaxing and enjoying at least one lazy morning lie-in.

Outside the property has access to the shared gardens/grounds. There is also allocated parking for one car.

Dogs are charged at £20 each per full or part week.

Spacious, comfortable flat in a peaceful location within 5 mins walking distance of lovely Fistral Beach and coastal path, but still close to town. Lots of great places to eat nearby. Great views.
