Charming period property, a former granary sleeping up to four guests situated on the owner’s farm in West Wales, just five miles from the beaches of the Pembrokeshire coast.
This property is located alongside two other holiday cottages on the owner’s farm in West Wales. The cottage is perfectly located for those who are looking to escape the stresses of daily life and spend some time at a slower pace in the countryside. There are many miles of walks to be enjoyed in the nearby Preseli Hills, as well as along the Pembrokeshire Coastal Path which stretches for 168 miles along the region’s stunning coastline, which takes in the beautiful beaches of Tenby and Saundersfoot, both of which can be reached within a thirty-minute drive of the cottage. For a change of scene, why not head for nearby Oakwood Theme Park, or the family-friendly pools at the Blue Lagoon.
Guests approach this property via a private lane which leads to the cottage and its two neighbours. Once inside, they will find a homely open-plan space which comprises a lounge/kitchen/diner, where a comfortable seating area allows guests to relax in front of the TV/DVD or perhaps simply enjoy one another’s company over evening drinks. The dining table seats four, beyond which the kitchen area is equipped with an oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, and washing machine. Stairs lead to the first floor where there are two bedrooms. The first of these is a cosy double room, with the second bedroom being a restful bunk bedroom. The bathroom, which can also be found on the first floor, offers a shower-over-bath and WC.
The property enjoys a private garden which is situated to the rear and offers a pretty lawn area with garden furniture, making it ideal for sitting out and enjoying the peaceful surroundings over alfresco drinks or a meal. There is ample off-road parking available.
Dogs are charged at £20 each per full or part week.
