Winnalls Wood Cottage is a beautiful quintessentially English cottage set on a quiet country lane in a great location with walks all around. My dog Willow was especially impressed with the walks, she had a fabulous time as did I. The local pubs are also excellent, I would recommend highly the Foresters Arms for lunch and the Rose and Crown in N. GoRead morerley which was excellent for lunch or dinner. Both pubs are very dog friendly. I didnt actually go to the Three Lions but I will next visit I'm sure! Hide

Perfect getaway for family. Five of us stayed in the main house and one couple stayed in the barn. Pool table in the barn proved to be very popular and it was a great place to hang out together.

Fantastic location if you want to be close to nature; just minutes away from footpaths yet also close to villages , lovely pubs and restaurants. Something for everyone. The house was more than we hoped for. Ideal for families; gorgeous grounds for fine weather and the barn to socialise in when the weather is poor. We would love to return.

A tranquil location, the house is well appointed in all aspects, decor and all important kitchen / dining area just right. The barn and the facilities inside are a great add-on. We were six adults and two small children. We are planning a return visit. The contact with the owner was good. Highly recommended.
