The cottage was perfect! Very comfortable, spacious rooms. We were greeted on arrival and given a tour of the farm then found a yummy batch of fresh scones on the large kitchen table along with fresh eggs. Lots of land to walk our dogs and a great games room for the children - and us! Would definitely recommend Rack Hays.

A beautiful, characterful property located in a quiet location. The owners were very welcoming and thoughtful. We loved the farm location and the stream to play in. Perfect for a large family get together or a quiet break.

A great place to stay - the children had a blast enjoying the animals, the great little park in lovely rural surroundings and mucking about in the stream a short walk over the field from our barn Rack Hayes. Jon was most helpful with any of our queries. Enjoyed by all.

Rack Hays is situated in the perfect sweet spot between rural idyll and beautiful coast. We came for the sea side but there was so much to see and do on the farm (including baby lambs!!) we did not need to leave. Fantastic safe play area in woods for kids (parents dream!) and simply stunning cottage. We have had a lovely family break thank you.
