Croyde itself is only a short walk away with its shops, family pubs and restaurants, plus a sandy beach where visitors can try out a range of water sports or simply soak up the sun. Further afield, a day trip to the historic market town of Barnstaple with its high street shops and market is reachable by car. The wild natural landscapes of Exmoor is also a short car journey away.
The annexe itself is laid out over one floor and has been tastefully furnished. It has a lounge/diner with a contemporary feel, with entertainment provided by a TV, DVD player, and Freeview. To one side of the room, there is a dining table with seating for two people. A patio door leads out from the lounge/diner to the garden area. The kitchen is equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment and washing machine. The property has one double bedroom and a shower room with a walk-in cubicle that is just over a metre long, hand basin and WC.
Surrounding the property is a large garden with a private entrance. Guests can enjoy a pleasant summer evening outside as garden seating, table and a BBQ is provided for use.
