Once inside this delightful modern building, take the lift or stairs up to the apartment. As you enter this remarkable penthouse apartment to your right is the stunning open-plan lounge/kitchen/dining, which boasts apex windows, bi-folding doors which are fitted with remote controlled solar powered blinds and a Juliet balcony which allows you to sit back and enjoy the breath-taking sea views. Conveniently, the open-plan accommodation is arranged across one level; within the lounge area, you have ample seating, Smart TV and DVD. If you decide to stay in and cook there is a well-equipped kitchen with an electric oven and hob, microwave and fridge/freezer. The apartment was stunning with everything you could possibly need for a self catering holiday. It was furnished to the highest standard with excellent quality crockery and cutlery and kitchen equipment.

Delightful property in a beautiful setting overlooking Kennack Sands. Easy access to lovely walks and close to many places of interest. Parking space provided very close to the property. Comfortable lounge, tastefully decorated, very comfy beds, cooking facilities excellent. Very generous welcome basket of goodies from Sean and Monica.

The propety was comfortable , well decorated and equipped with good quality cookware. The shower was great! We had looked forward to staying there and were not disappointed.
