Great property, we went with our 1 year old and it was perfect for what we needed. Cupar is an excellent place with children with loads to do and a really easy drive to Dundee which has a great pool and St Andrews which has a lovely beach if you get the weather!

Cottage location very good, owners were nice and we had a good welcome pack with some home made cake. The accommodation was good, very good bed (we slept well), kitchen equipment was easy to use. As the wardrobe did not hold all our clothing we had to have some in the case under the bed which was a bit awkward (we had been away from home for 3 weekRead mores so had a lot with us plus walking gear), however we would recommend it to friends as we enjoyed our stay in this area. Unfortunately, we only stayed one night, but this was due to no heating or hot water. The owners bent over backwards to remedy the situation and compensate us. They also offered to pay for alternative accommodation until problem sorted. However, as we were only an hour from home, we decided just to return home.
