Located in a breath-taking area overlooking the Atlantic Ocean and just a stone’s throw from the water’s edge, this lovely little property makes for a wonderful place to take holiday

The South West Coast Path is right on the doorstep and will take you along miles of cliff-tops in either direction. The village of Mullion is a short walk away, with its shops, pubs and restaurants. This area is one of the most popular in Cornwall and only a short drive away is the ever popular Lizard Point. There are plenty of local excellent walks along the coast and National Trust headland. You will be spoilt for choice with a variety of sandy beaches and coves. Other attractions in the area include tours of Poldark Mine, the Cornish Seal Sanctuary, St Michael’s Mount, Flambards Theme Park, the Segway Safari and many National Trust properties and gardens.

On entering this attractive property you will find yourself in the light and airy open-plan living space which benefits from a newly fitted contemporary kitchen. The cosy and welcoming lounge provides a lovely space to relax in front of the Smart TV. With enough space to seat four, the dining area enjoys a view of the grassy courtyard. Moving into the elegant and functional kitchen area you will find everything you might need including electric oven and hob, microwave and fridge with ice compartment. Laundry facilities are available in a shared laundry room onsite. Heading further into the delightful property you will find two comfy bedrooms: one double and one twin. There is also a shower room, complete with shower and WC.

Stepping outside you will find yourself in a stylish enclosed decked area with garden furniture. There is also a large communal lawn area boasting fantastic sea-views and which can be used for BBQs. There is off-road parking available for one car.

Beautiful little bungalow based near the harbour at Mullion Cove. Very easy to find and had everything me, my partner and 2 teenage boys needed. Would like to thank Emma the owner especially for her welcome texts giving us recommendations for somewhere to eat as we were delayed and it was getting late. She made us feel very welcome.

Fabulous location for access to coastal walks and locations like Kynance Cove and the Lizard to see the seal. Lovely Mullion Village where the locals are very friendly. Booked a craft session in the glass studio and made a piece of jewellery. This is our 3rd holiday on the Lizard and well worth the journey from Doncaster every time.

This a lovely property in a great location. As it is part of a complex of properties there could be potential for it to get noisy with families in peak season but it was very quiet during our stay.
