We enjoyed our stay at Newhouse, which was mostly positive, with regular visits from Molly, the owner's dog, and friendly owners. However, some quality-of-life improvements could be made such as; more clarity on the booking page about how the fire is only available during the winter months, the downstairs shower having an extra shelf for soaps and Read moreextra cushions for the wooden chairs in the dining room. We enjoyed our stay, but these improvements could help boost the experience. Hide

Cottage was set in a peaceful setting, plenty of garden for the grandchildren to play in. Lyme Regis about 10 minute drive, Across the road is a nice walk to the owners vineyard. We all had a great time.

The Newhouse cottage is very nice, and set on a Farm within a very beautiful area, which allows you to visit many spots both within Dorset and Devon.

You will thoroughly enjoy your stay in this beautiful, large cosy, comfortable cottage. Definitely recommended. Location very tranquil and access to coast about 10-15 minutes. The local friendly pub serves brilliant food (very good helpings) at very reasonable prices. Unfortunately, didn't serve Mon-Wed, but this may change in summer months.

This is a characterful old farm cottage full of charm and quirks. It is very rural yet handy for Lyme Regis and the coast. We would highly recommend the farms wine tour and tasting - excellent value for money and a really interesting and lovely way to spend a few hours.

The location is great for visiting all the nearby beaches. The house was nicely presented and the beds were very comfortable even for me at 6ft 3. We also appreciated the highchair provided as it meant one less thing to bring. Our children really enjoyed all the outdoor space and seeing the cows from the windows.
