This spacious family holiday home has a home-from-home feel offering plenty of modern-day comforts in a stunning beachside location. With its own private garden offering a decked area and lawn area, all fully enclosed.

Located opposite Camber Sands beach, this property has miles of soft golden sand – a novelty in an area with numerous shingle beaches - bordered by an expanse of dunes and swimming friendly sea. The beach offers plenty of activities for families from volleyball to kite surfing. After a busy morning on the beach, stop for a bite of lunch at the nearby pubs and restaurants.

Step into the property via a small hallway with downstairs WC, before reaching one of the lounges with a TV and DVD player. The dining area beyond has a large table to seat eight guests and looks out to the garden through large French windows that flood the room with natural light. Guests can choose to eat inside or opt for the table and chairs on the decked area outside, the perfect spot to enjoy a summer BBQ. A utility room next door contains a second fridge, washing machine, tumble dryer and ample space for hanging wetsuits out to dry. The spacious kitchen is another light and airy room thanks to its own set of French windows. Here you will find everything you’ll need throughout your stay including an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. The lounge is located at the front of the property and boasts a woodburner as its focal point. Also on the ground floor is a small office or games room, where you can find a selection of toys, jigsaws and games to enjoy during your stay. Upstairs the first bedroom has a double bed, an en-suite shower room with WC and has dune views and a panelled feature wall. To the rear of the house is the second bedroom with a double bed, which shares the bathroom with shower over the bath and WC with the two bunk rooms.

Outside, a decked area offers a relaxing spot to enjoy a morning coffee or evening drink, while the garden beyond is safe and secure for dogs and children alike.

Dogs are charged at £20 each per full or part week.

We were a three generation family so the accommodation space was ideal with good size garden and very near to the beach.

We had a. Great time in the house, there were 5 adults and 4 children, the dinning room was big enough to seat us all and the rooms are all big except the two small bedrooms which are aimed at children with bunk beds. The garden is safe and large enough for out door games. The beach is a short walk away with a bit of a hike over the sandy dune. ButRead more this didn't put us off all thought the weather was changable we went to the beach everyday and the 4 children throughly enjoyed themselves. Hide

A wonderful place for children. Well thought through. Safe garden. Brilliant beach access. Lovely welcome basket. Grandchildren are 4 and 1 years old. They loved it. The house was superbly equipped with little DVD player, books, games, clutter free. Safe , enclosed garden. Perfect for all of us thank you. We would certainly return.

Barwon Heads certainly ticked the boxes for us, particularly the outdoor water tap for my working cocker spaniel. He seemed to love covering every bit of him in wet sand, so our choice was spot on. It is in a great location and ideal for big families. Thank you got the milk and biscuits too. A nice touch!
