A wonderful house by the sea. The view over the bay is fantastic. In October you can see the sunrise and sunset. The house is ideal for families. Our little ones, 3 and 5 years old, also had no problems with the stairs. The large kitchen with dining area is ideally divided. Living room very comfortable.

A house with wonderful sea views particularly from the two front bedrooms. It is well located with just a few minutes walk to the town and across the road from the beach. The house is well-equipped, particularly the kitchen. We really enjoyed our stay and have already booked for next year.

A beautiful house and was very clean. The milk , orange juice, cookies and brioche were a lovely welcome gift. Plenty of places to eat locally aswell as a few pubs alongside the way. Our only issue was not being able to park outside the house for long and not being able to apply to get the permit ourselves, however a 10 minute walk away and there iRead mores street parking available. Great 3 double bedroom property with 3 bathrooms right on the seafront. Great location. Town centre nearby. Property could do with more glasses, large mugs and a thorough deep-clean.

We had a great week at Fish Tales! We loved the location and parking was no problem (and not expensive!) There were 3 couples, so 3 bathrooms worked well. Accommodation was comfortable and spacious and the garden area was sheltered and lovely place for a glass (or 2) of wine! We were well-placed for visiting Rye, Hastings, Fairlight and a couple ofRead more NT properties. Just fab! Hide

Fish Tales is a lovely bright seafront property with tasteful decoration and furnishings. Has a modern spacious feel. As the coast road is quiet the main front bedrooms are not noisy and seaviews make this property very special. It has quite steep steps at the front. Super location right on the front overlooking the sea - a view worth its weight in gold. Very nice accommodation, decent room sizes, well equipped, thoroughly recommend. We have enjoyed our stay. The house is well equipped, warm and very cozy. Our two toddlers also really enjoyed it. The location right by the sea is unique. The house is very clean and exactly as described in the pictures and text. Terrific! We'd love to come back.

Really lovely house and location. Let down by the poor mattresses in the front bedrooms. Very poor and need replacing as do the duvets as when uncovered were stained and need renewing. We did enjoy our stay apart from the uncomfortable sleeping conditions. Hopefully these points will be rectified by the owner.
