Lovely spot, right on the beach, just hearing the surf all the time, perfect, we were lucky with the weather too. Small village, with all needs catered for. Eastbourne is a 20 minute car ride away or go by bus. There is a large shopping centre within 5 minutes drive, Asda, B&M, etc. The shingle beach stretches for miles. Pevensey Castle within walkRead moreing distance. The house is well planned out, no clutter , plenty of room for a large group or two families with dogs Hide

Lovely house in a great location. The weather was terrible, but we enjoyed watching the rough seas, and the bulldozers rearranging the beach, from the warmth and comfort of the lounge. The bonfire night fireworks on the beach nearby were a real highlight.
