This spacious family holiday home has been stylishly decorated and furnished in a traditional design with modern luxuries, offering open-plan accommodation just moments from the popular Camber Sands beach.

This new village development has been built with location in mind as it is only moments from Camber Sands beach. Camber is an ideal base from which to explore the local area as it is just three miles from medieval Rye, where you can shop for crafts and antiques, sample fresh seafood and take a tour around its Castle Museum.

On the ground floor there is a separate, traditionally styled kitchen with a large window allowing in plenty of natural light. Here you will find an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. The lounge/diner has been decorated to create a feeling of space and calm. Here, guests can enjoy a meal at the cast iron table and chairs before retiring to the comfortable sofas to watch a film or listen to music. This room has French windows to the decked area, perfect for warm evenings. Upstairs the master bedroom features a farmhouse style double bed and matching bedside cabinets and has been given splashes of warmth through window blinds and throws. The twin bedroom has been similarly decorated and has plenty of storage space. The bedrooms share a contemporary bathroom with shower over bath and WC.

French windows open out from the lounge onto a decked area. Here you will find wooden garden furniture with a parasol for enjoying afternoon BBQs in hot weather. The decked area gives way to a fully enclosed south-facing pebbled garden, perfect for children to run around and play.

Lovely modetn cottage great situation for the fantastic Camber sands beach. The White Sands development that the cottage is situated on is delightful.Rye is close by and has good amenities.

The accommodation was well equipped. The distance of the location - about 2 minutes away from the beach - was perfect.
