This spacious three storey holiday home has been stylishly decorated and furnished in a traditional design with modern luxuries, offering open-plan accommodation thats moments from the fantastic beach at Camber, which is guaranteed to keep children and adults busy all day long during the summer months. To explore more of this stunning area, hop on the Romney, Hythe and Dymchurch railway, which is family friendly with plenty of buttons to press for little ones.

Downstairs there is a spacious open-plan kitchen/diner with a window at one end and French windows at the other. The kitchen is equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, dish-washer, washing machine and large fridge/freezer. There is ample provision of china, glass, cutlery and kitchen equipment. French windows open from the dining area onto a decked area and a pebbled East-facing garden. Enjoy breakfast and lunch al fresco in the sunshine at the large table. A barbeque is available. External storage contains plenty of beach equipment including folding chairs, a wind-break and buckets and spades. Also on this floor is a children’s bunk bedroom and a separate  WC. Weekend bookings are welcome.

Stairs lead up to the first floor where you will find the cosy lounge which features comfortable sofas and chairs where you can relax beside the electric fire when you’re not studying the night sky through the telescope. Bean bags are available for the children. French windows open from the lounge and from the landing onto a West-facing balcony with table and chairs. Watch the sun set behind the dunes with a drink in your hand. The bedroom on this floor contains  a super-king-size zip and link bed (which can be made into a twin on request).
Upstairs, on the second floor the East-facing master bedroom enjoys the morning sun. It has a super-king-size zip and link bed (which can be made into a twin on request), a large built-in wardrobe and en-suite shower and WC. A West-facing double bedroom has views over to the dunes. A bright family bathroom has a bath, with electric shower over, and WC.
Generous parking for 2 cars. Central heating throughout. Dogs are welcome.

Dogs are charged at £20 each per full or part week.

I stayed with my family here in June had the most wonderful week weather was lovely too the cottage has more then anything you need so relaxing close to the beach absolutely lovely beach good for children amazing walks rooms were so comfortable definitely will go back again highly recommended thank you hoilday cottages

A beautiful well equipped property. They have thought of everything right down to the cutlery for toddlers. The welcome, jam, apple juice, biscuits and milk was a lovely thought, just right for when you arrive. A short walk to a lovely sandy beach. The house is clean and comfortable, and very well equipped. Small balcony at the front with a view of the sand dunes on Camber beach. Rather noisy as the properties are very close together, and two of them had barking dogs.

A well appointed, dog friendly holiday let. The quality and quantity of the cutlery, glassware etc. supplied was outstanding. The linen and towels were of the same standard. Ideally situated for accessibility for Sussex and Kent attractions. Ample games and videos supplied that covered our needs. We enjoyed our stay in the cottage and providing people accept that it's some distance from the beach, but a bit shorter if people are young enough and fit enough to climb over very steep dunes.

This accommodation was excellent for all of us, including the dog. Well presented and kitted out, i.e. plenty of cutlery etc. so no waiting for the dishwasher to find a spoon to make a cup of tea. Really good location, only 5 minutes to the beach. A north facing garden was a minor disappointment as shady in the afternoons / evenings.
