We had a lovely weeks stay. The cottage was spacious and in a nice quiet spot well positioned for exploring. The garage across the road, the Nisa shop and the old mill pub were all in walking distance and the Depot pub up the road was really good. The cottage was well equipped and the views over the fields were relaxing in the evening.

Positives: Great modern house, lounge and large window fantastic. Very clean. Negatives: nearest pub closed down, and walk to Woolacombe is on a busy road with no footpath for a large section. There is a walk through fields, however, this is quite tricky for elderly and a pram is a no no.

A lovely place to stay, the house was very clean, every room had an on-suit (one with a bath) so gd with a baby and there is lots of room. The kettle stopped working the evening we got there but we messaged the owner and one arrived the next morning. The house is in such a good location, a 5 minute drive to Woolacome beach! The house is on a privatRead moree lane with no access at the end so hardly any cars or foot traffic. It's close to the Tarka trail which was great for early morning walks with a baby Hide

We really enjoyed our time at Serendipity Cottage. It's a short drive to all of the main beaches in the area, with Woolacombe being the closest. We had everything we needed at the house. It's an ideal sized holiday house for a family of 4-5. Two families may be a squeeze but just requires a little compromise on space. There is plenty of room in theRead more garage for dumping beach stuff (bucket, spades, boards, wetsuits etc) which we found particularly helpful. We'd definitely consider returning! Hide
