Delightful and thoughtfully equipped cottage. Lots of wood supplied for wood burning stoves (lovely on cold evenings). Very comfortable and set in beautiful scenery, with ample walks (clearly set out in maps provided) and plenty to do nearby. Very welcoming village. Lovely for a restful break or for an active adventure.

Such a cozy little cottage. Log fires and cosy sofas made a perfect end to every day. Close to so many beautiful places to make our visit perfect. The local people were so welcoming and friendly. Lots of local walks to enjoy, swimming, railways and so much more. Weve already recommended it to several of our friends. Its a real catch.

Everything was very good and exactly as descibed. We had a lovely letter from Jeff and Emma a few days before we left. This contained excellect information, directions and contact details. We then received an email shortly after we arrived to make sure everthing was Ok and we didn't need anything. This was a really nice touch.

The view from the garden is stunning - we felt like we had stepped off the big bad world for a few days. The king size bed is really comfy - in fact I think I slept better than in my own bed! The cottage is an ideal base for walks and day trips to the lovely surrounding area. We will definitely be back next year.

Great spot. Good base for walks without having to jump in the car. Went to the pub. Difficult times with Covid so sat outside in the beer garden. Food in pub a little "pedestrian".

Great house with fantastic views over the hills. Good location near to Betws y Coed. Parking was interesting and we managed to park each evening in the village. However, whilst you could stop to unload/load outside the property you were at the mercy of anyone else wanting to use the road.

The cottage was easily found and very comfortable. everything we required was supplied. there is no parking outside the cottage because of the narrow road but easily found parking across the bridge near to the pub, which was an excuse to pop in. In fact I found the same space to park every night.
