A superb detached cottage with quirky décor and spectacular sea views, perfectly placed for exploring West Cornwall and its multitude of attractions and idyllic seaside towns

Situated in the far west of the county, you’ll have the pick of some of Cornwall’s finest coves and beaches, as well as some idyllic seaside towns and infamous attractions to visit. Pendeen itself is a traditional Cornish village, with an award-winning pub, a handful of shops, and a regular bus service taking you to St Ives, where you can explore the quaint cobbled streets, variety of restaurants and amenities. Sennen Cove and Gwenver have fantastic beaches, and are both dog friendly, whilst the ever-popular St Michael’s Mount and Minack Theatre are well worth a visit. Take a stroll on the South West Coast Path, or venture to Land’s End, where tourists flock every day.
A beautiful detached stone cottage, you’re assured a relaxing retreat during your stay in this pretty, cosy property. Entering into the lounge, you are greeted by a lovingly furnished room complete with quirky pieces of furniture and a gorgeous open fire. Curl up on the chairs with the flames flickering and enjoy watching your favourite programmes on the TV. Through to the kitchen/diner, there is a wonderfully unique dining table to enjoy any home cooked meals at, and a well-equipped kitchen comprising of an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge and washing machine. Upstairs, the double bedroom features a TV, and lovely views across the fields and to the sea beyond. The shower room is immaculately finished, with a large walk-in shower and WC. The final room is a snug, which has two comfortable chairs and spectacular views out to sea, creating the perfect romantic, relaxing setting.
Outside the property there is parking for one car, but be aware that access is limited.

Dogs are charged at £20 each per full or part week.

In a row of cottages although detached itself. Well decorated and good linen, towels and kitchen equipment. TV in living room and bedroom. Snug upstairs room with a well stocked little library. Fantastic cottage and a great base for exploring with the dogs and when they are back at the cottage they are safe in the enclosed garden. The flower on arrival was a nice touch and so was the tea and coffee and milk in the fridge. A lovely old miners cottage with super views and there are many fabulous places to visit within easy distance. Parking is quite tricky with a very tight turn in off a narrow lane. Little Zandras is a lovely, spotlessly clean, miner's cottage in a beautiful and peaceful location. The garden was sunny, sheltered and perfectly secure for our dog. Little Zandras is a little gem! Everything is perfect, well stocked kitchen, comfortable bed, cosy lounge, beautiful enclosed garden and the perfect localocation! The parking space takes a bit of time to get used to, but we have a Land Rover defender 90 and found it ok, but a bigger car may struggle to turn into the space. Parking is a little tight but fits a large pick up truck. Great location for walks along the coast with a beautiful cove and disused tin mine nearby to view. Shops and pub within walking distance. Lovely and clean and great for the dogs.

Lovely cottage very well equipped which has been lovingly restored. Very warm and comfortable in a good position for plenty of local walks along the cliffs or inland. We spent many happy hours in the snug reading the many maps and information leaflets and gazing out to sea! Very peaceful and restful holiday home.

The cottage was lovely inside and out the only thing we noticed was a damp smell.. More noticeable when coming back into the cottage after being out on unpacking our clothes at home we could smell the fusty damp on them.. even clothes that we didn't wear that were in the drawers and wardrobe and our coats.. Whilst this is a traditional cottage with some minor damp issues, it is beautifully decorated property which is ample size for two people and two doggies (they absolutely loved the area and the bunnies).
