A cosy cottage with 4 bedrooms. The living area was smaller than expected but fine for a family of 4/5. Good location for walking - round their fishing lakes, local canal walks and visiting National Trust places. A treat to be able to have cooked breakfast delivered from their cafe to the cottage.

Great location - walking distance to Hatton train station for trains to Warwick and Stratford. Close to canal and lots of lovely pubs. Mike and Sara made everyone welcome and worked hard to ensure that everyone was looked after.

A lovely lodge in a great location, with a grassy area in front for the kids to play on. It was in a convenient spot for the surrounding Warwickshire area and we had a lovely few days away.
