To the south is the coast, with the villages of Looe and Polperro remaining popular with the seasonal tourists. Many sheltered coves and harbours can be found here and are popular for both bathing and fishing. Attractions include The Adrenalin Quarry, Kart World, Siblyback Segway adventure, the Monkey Sanctuary and for the cyclist, Cardinham woods, not forgetting the Looe Valley branch line.

On entering this pretty barn conversion you will be met by the inviting and spacious lounge complete with exposed beams, wooden flooring, open fire, Smart TV and DVD. From here double doors lead through to the enclosed garden area with decking, garden furniture and BBQ, where you can sit back and enjoy the peace of the surroundings. The kitchen/diner is also on the ground floor and accessed via two steps down. This area is again welcoming and homely with a table seating four and all the equipment required to rustle up a feast or a quick breakfast before heading down to the pool or out for a days exploring. Complete with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. There is a handy separate WC on the ground floor. Heading upstairs you will find the two bedrooms and family bathroom. The master bedroom is a king-size and there is also a twin ideal for children and adults alike. The family bathroom has bath, shower and WC.

There is an array of facilities onsite including a shared heated outdoor salt water pool (open from beginning of May to end of September), tennis court and boules court. What a find! We can't fault anything. The cottage is very comfortable - just like home from home - and has everything you need. The only thing that let us down was the weather!! Despite that we still swam in the pool and played pool in the games room when it rained. Debbie is lovely and if you have any queries she is very happy to help. Absolute heRead moreaven for the dogs. Step outside the front door and there are fields for them to explore. We would certainly come again. Hide

Fab place, lovely setting and grounds. Fantastic safe enclosed garden which was perfect for our dog. The pool was beautiful and you can smell the lovely roses while you are swimming! Lovely walks from the doorstep and not such a long way for a dip in the sea. Thank you for a wonderful week.
