The cottage itself is in a really nice location of Tregony which is nice and peaceful, although the cottage is set back down a small road and might be difficult for larger vehicles to park easy, the property itself is very nice, but we did find there is room for improvement.

The location is good for touring Cornwall and the village is nice with a pub in walking distance of the cottage. Parking is a problem and the space by the cottage is very tight with a very narrow lane up to the cottage, difficult if you have a large car. Although it says dog friendly, there is no garden and not really suitable for a dog. The cottagRead moree is lacking in a few areas and in my opinion could do with a bit of a facelift and some pictures in the bedrooms. A DVD player might be good as well. Hide

Great location for travelling around Cornwall.

We used the cottage as a base to walk parts of the SW Coast Path using buses to get to and from start & finish. It is very close to the village square and near the village shop and pub. The garden area is very small and the parking space is very tight if you have anything larger than a small hatchback.
