Furnished throughout with Scandinavian style furniture the apartment is within walking distance to Bournemouth beach, Pier and town centre. This stylish apartment offers a unique combination of tranquility and fun. Nestling between the beautiful Lower Gardens, a friendly town centre and seven miles of clean golden sands. Bournemouth boasts everything from a wide selection of restaurants, cafes, pubs, individual boutique shops, a convention centre, supermarket, a cinema, and general high street amenities all within walking distance of your door. Bournemouth is one of the largest seaside resorts on Britain’s south coast boasting chalk cliffs, natural beauty spots, a splendid Jurassic coast and the delights of the New Forest, only a short drive away.

Upon entering the apartment, which is level access from the main entrance of the apartment building, you are struck by its cosy, comfortable and friendly atmosphere. Through into the hall, it provides plenty of hanging space for coats and shoes. The heart of the property is the large open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner, with a balcony overlooking Bournemouth city centre. The lounge area provides a large sofa, two armchairs and Smart TV. The kitchen is equipped to deal with all your gastronomic desires, including an electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave and espresso coffee machine, the dining table seats six. The property offers two bedrooms, a king-size with a balcony and en-suite shower and WC, and the second bedroom is a twin (which can be made into a super-king-size on request at time of booking). The property also has the added benefit of a spacious bathroom, with shower over bath and WC. The apartment has the advantage of a clean air ventilation system.

Venture outside the apartment building which is designed around a landscaped, shared courtyard that overlooks the sea. The allocated parking space is located in a private garage under the building, next to the stairs and lift that lead to the first floor, where the apartment is situated.

The Coffee machine wasnt working properly and neither was the dishwasher. Two very important appliances. Not enough room for clothes for four people.

This is an amazing apartment and it's location is perfect. However, the parking space allocated with the apartment is very small. We had an amazing time in Bournemouth and would definitely recommend this apartment.

We had a really nice stay for Easter at the apartment. It was in a perfect location so close to the city centre and the beach also so close to sand banks. The apartment itself was perfect. We felt right at home. We are a family of 4 and there was plenty enough room for us and our toddlers to run around. I would definitely recommend staying here andRead more would definitely return. We had a lovely holiday the flat is in a good location for the town and seafront its well equipped we found the beds hard and uncomfortable but didnt let it spoil our holiday

The apartment is beautiful and extremely comfortable and spacious. It is accessible from street level without needing to use the lift or steps, which was useful for the wheelchair user in our group. It is a very short walk to many restaurants and the town. It is also very close to the beach! Would definitely return for another break.

We had a fabulous long weekend in the apartment. Stylish decor and furniture and all good quality. The communal areas are all clean and bright. Ample linen and towels and a well equipped kitchen with everything you could need and more. Parking underneath the apartment block is an added bonus although the spaces are a little tight.
