We chose this property as we were moving to a bungalow nearby. It was great to be able to leave the chaos behind in the evenings and having a large freezer we could transfer our frozen food there while our freezer rested.

Nice property, but you need a car to get the most out of it. There is a bus stop immediately outside but the service is poor. Would be a significant walk into town. I liked it for this reason - it was really quiet. Nicely presented, and well placed for exploring the Yorkshire coast and, if you want to go slightly further afield, York and the North Read moreYorks Moors. Good heating, and good for dogs. Hide

Very well equipped and everything in good state of repair. Very spacious and could accommodate 6 people with no problem. Great location for travelling and walking the East Coast and fairly well placed for York and Harrogate.

A lovely holiday property, good size and very clean and tidy. All home comforts included and a cot and high chair provided on our request. The owners were approachable and left information about local attractions and places to eat. You will need a car to access local attractions but that was made clear on the website and so we didn't have a problemRead more. Would recommend to anyone wishing to stay in the area Hide
