This is the perfect family getaway in this stylish single storey house and an ideal destination for exploring Flamborough Head, the Beaches at Bridlington and the Glorious Yorkshire Wolds. Relax and enjoy this wonderful part of Yorkshire.

Situated on the edge of a privately owned caravan park in a private enclosed area, close to the seaside town of Bridlington which has a wealth of amenities including shops, cafes, pubs and restaurants and glorious sandy beaches. Explore the characterful Old Town, the pre-roman harbour a must-see for any history buffs. Walkers are spoilt for choice with coastal paths and the Wolds Way all being easily accessible. Visit the RSPB reserve nearby and the headland with its dramatic chalk cliffs.

Walk into the spacious entrance hall with coat hooks, boot rack and leading into a contemporary style kitchen/diner well-equipped with electric oven and hob, fridge, freezer, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher and magnificent views over open countryside. Head into the hallway where you will find three good sized bedrooms, one twin and two doubles one with a TV. There is also stylish bathroom with a large walk in shower and a WC. The lounge is the perfect place to snuggle up on the sofa to watch TV or a DVD and there are double doors which open onto the patio to make it feel like outside is coming in.

Heading outside the enclosed garden provides, a patio with table, chairs and BBQ. There is plenty of off-road parking safe for children and your four-legged friend. You also have lovely walks right on your doorstop. The caravan van park is a quiet site exclusively for over 50's with no facilities.

Dogs are charged at £20 each per full or part week.

Nice property, but you need a car to get the most out of it. There is a bus stop immediately outside but the service is poor. Would be a significant walk into town. I liked it for this reason - it was really quiet. Nicely presented, and well placed for exploring the Yorkshire coast and, if you want to go slightly further afield, York and the North Read moreYorks Moors. Good heating, and good for dogs. Hide

Very well equipped and everything in good state of repair. Very spacious and could accommodate 6 people with no problem. Great location for travelling and walking the East Coast and fairly well placed for York and Harrogate.
