A beautiful New England style reverse living house presented with a stylish blend of contemporary and vintage furnishings, original artwork and private hot tub.

Luxury property within walking distance of the beach with its very own hot tub. This fabulous property has been stylishly fitted and furnished to provide a comfortable stay for the whole family, with two miles of golden sandy beach and amenities virtually on your doorstep making it a great base. The picturesque seaside village of Westward Ho!, known for its beautiful beach and unique pebble ridge which links to Northam Burrows Country Park. The beach offers lots of free entertainment for children whether it is looking in the rock pools, playing in the surf, building sand castles or flying kites. The village also has an array of restaurants, bars, shops, cafes, amusements and also a championship golf course.

Entering this unique reverse living house, which has oak flooring throughout, you are met by three bedrooms, a king-size with its very own en-suite shower room and WC, super-king-size zip-and-link (which can be made into a twin on request) with en-suite shower room and WC and a double. You will also find the main bathroom with a hand shower over the bath and WC. A useful large store/boot room set right by the front door. Head upstairs to the beautiful, vaulted open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner with its very own stylish wood burner, great for those ‘chilling out moments’ curled up by the fire or head out onto the balcony from the large bi-folding doors where you can relax and enjoy a spot of tea whilst looking out to sea. If you decide to stay in and cook a meal one evening there’s a large dining room as well as a well-equipped kitchen with an electric oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge, freezer and washing machine. You don’t even need to do the dishes as there is a dishwasher in the kitchen to do the work for you. 

Indulge in the private hot tub within the large enclosed rear garden area. There is also a shower with hot water, ideal for rinsing off wetsuits, boards, etc. There is also a patio area with garden furniture and BBQ, and a lockable shed for storing bikes and boards with a drying rack and beach ‘bits and bobs’ for the guests enjoyment. Allocated off-road parking is available for two cars to the front of the property.

Dogs are charged at £20 each per full or part week.

A well equipped modern clean house which was ideal for a weeks family break + dog. A lovely welcome basket alone with treats for the dog. The jacuzzi was great in the garden and the area is nice and quiet with a 15min walk into Westward Ho! Would definitely return again

This was a perfect place to stay for a romantic honeymoon. The owner went above and beyond to make everything special. Even the dog room with the toys was thoughtful. Absolutely fabulous!!

Amazing property, in a brilliant location. Ample parking, secure garden for the 4 legged friends, fully equipped kitchen including a fab coffee machine (not Nespresso though) and comfy beds. This property really is worth the money. The upside living means you get a lovely breeze flowing through the house with amazing views The location is spot on .Read more 10 minutes stomp to the beach and local shops... Worth checking the tide guard before venturing to the beach though .... Hide

Beautiful place to stay, had everything we needed, It was lovely having a welcome pack & flowers when we arrived. Nice secure garden for the dog & brilliant hot tub, was an ideal location walking distance to the beach, the dog loved it on the beach, plenty of bars & restaurants, things to do for kids.. we also visited places near by Barnstable & ilRead morefracombe was a lovely day out. Would highly recommend this house it really made our holiday special. Hide
