This delightful property is set in the heart of the New Forest National Park, surrounded by vast open spaces with stunning views, designated footpaths and cycle trails where you can see donkeys, New Forest ponies and often wild deer

Attached to the owners’ home yet offering a good degree of seclusion, this contemporary annexe is set in a village location in the heart of the New Forest. Frogham is a peaceful spot surrounded by spectacular countryside where animals roam free. With a pub on offer and a plethora of routes nearby that are ideal for walking and cycling it is the perfect base for a relaxing holiday. Both Ringwood and Fordingbridge are easily accessible from here, where you can enjoy an afternoon exploring a choice of boutique shops and cafes. This picturesque area has an abundance of pretty towns and villages to explore, or why not take a trip to the coast at Milford on Sea or Lymington.

From the gravelled parking area a small path leads you around the annexe to the private entrance, which opens into a spacious open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. The contemporary kitchen area has an electric oven and hob, fridge and a microwave. Overlooking the garden, this bright and airy room is the ideal spot for relaxing after a long walk in the surrounding forest and offers a TV and DVD. The double bedroom leads off of the lounge area and has an en-suite bathroom, with shower over bath and WC.

Venturing outside you will find a large private, enclosed lawn with patio, BBQ, garden furniture and a garden shed available for storing your bikes or outdoor equipment. To the front of the property is a gated parking area for 2 cars.

Dogs are charged at £20 each per full or part week.

Excellent property in an excellent location, ideally located for walks in the New Forest and approximately 20 miles from Bournemouth beach! Local amenities can be located via a short drive with a choice of supermarkets available. Friendly local pub on the doorstep, owners very welcoming we will be returning in the future. Pet friendly!!!

Very comfortable and well equipped property. Great walks and stunning views across the heathland are just around the corner. Ponies, donkeys, cows, deer and (in autumn) pigs all wander about the local roads. The New Forest at its best!

The Annexe is in lovely peaceful part of the New Forest with miles of good walking round the corner.It is spotlessly clean and the owners very helpful. The secure garden ideal for dogs.

Adequately equipped, very warm and cosy during a chilly, wet week. Good, totally dog proof garden. Excellent location. Very comfy bed and a good powerful shower.

Just loved the animals passing the gate and meeting in the road and on the common. The pubs were all great and let my three dogs in, we used five different venues. A very comfortable cottage and super welcome pack.

Perfect for dogs and us! Friendly welcoming owners. All you need for a great holiday in the New Forest. Very close to dog friendly pub and great walks across the common from the bungalow.

Had a lovely relaxing stay in the annex. Very peaceful. Everything we needed was provided. Dog friendly pub right opposite, lovely walks at end of the road, donkeys everywhere they were very friendly.

Abbotswell Annexe gave us the perfect, relaxing break we were looking for. Wonderful clean, bright, charming place to stay with secure, private garden. Easy access to the forest for great walking and lots of dog friendly pubs around. Our dog, Brodie, had a wonderful time too.
