The light and spacious accommodation enjoying a private garden is the perfect base for couples wanting to get away and enjoy the Cotswolds.

The village of Woodmancote enjoys an enviable location with the Regency Spa town of Cheltenham on its doorstep and a wealth of walking from your front door, with well waymarked paths that will take you across this countryside. With easy access for touring the larger Cotswold market towns to include Bourton-on-the-Water, Burford and Stow-on-the-Wold. Cheltenham famed for the Gold Cup and many festivals throughout the year. Cirencester, Tetbury and Bath are also within easy reach. This area is rich in history and well served by the National Trust with houses and gardens to include The Roman Villa, Hidcote Gardens and Chastleton House.

Step into the light and spacious living space with floor to ceiling windows further enhancing the modern style furniture with a twist of vintage, the lounge area offers TV/DVD and comfortable sofas where you can relax and watch a film, with the contemporary dining area just perfect for a lazy breakfast. The kitchen is well-equipped with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. Heading into the hallway you will find two bedrooms, a king-size zip-and-link (which can be made into a twin on request) and a single. You will also find a bathroom with shower over bath and WC.

Heading out of the property you will find an enclosed private garden with seating area. If you are bringing your bikes with you there is a large shed which is ideal for storing bikes. There is off-road parking for one car and this detached bungalow also benefits from electric gates which lead onto the sweep drive.

Dogs are charged at £20 each per full or part week.

The cottage was lovely, the owners were friendly and helpful. Handy for Cheltenham races and with a pub opposite it was great. Lovely spot to explore from with good access to the countryside and the beautiful cotswold way.

A purpose-built annex in the grounds of the owner's very nice electronic-gated compound. Full privacy. 1 double 1 single bedroom. Open-plan spacious kitchen-diner-lounge. Very comfortable and convenient. Highly recommended.

Very comfortable accommodation, in a lovely village. Charming hosts who were very helpful. We found it very restful and peaceful. Great for our small dog as we are used to level living. Plenty of shops within a short drive away. Village pub across the road but it gets very busy in the evening. We had a lovely week staying at the Overbury Annexe. The hosts were very welcoming & informative. The cottage was very clean & comfortable with everything we needed. Location & parking were excellent- just had to cross a quiet road to the Appletree Inn where we enjoyed very good meals.

Lovely location, great walks for the dog and family. Accommodating friendly hosts who were attentive but discreet. The cottage is well equipped with comfortable beds and living area. We would recommend and return again in the future.

A spacious, pleasant and comfortable cottage with use of a designated unfenced area of private garden, table and chairs within the owners gated property. Parking was available in the detached carport. Situated opposite a pub serving food which had access from the carpark to an enclosed field suitable for exercising the dog off lead. Great spot and so dog friendly, a pub directly over the road and a park for an off lead run around. The annex itself was really comfortable and homely. We felt relaxed as soon as we arrived. The cottage/bungalow is located within the grounds of the main house. Accessed through electric gates, gives you a sense of security whilst the local Apple Tree pub is opposite. You hear no noise it's a quiet tranquil place to stay. Thoroughly recommended.
