Set in the seaside resort of Filey the property is a short walk to the long sandy beach and the sea front. The property has a stylish finish, yet provides a cosy home from home to enjoy a seaside holiday.

This property has it all, only a short walk from the glorious horse shoe bay. Fileys' wonderful beaches seem to go on for miles, the perfect place to take a walk, fly a kite and build a sandcastle, one of the best beaches in the country for families. Take a look at the Crescent Gardens and the picturesque Glen Gardens with a play area and boating lake. Filey is also a haven for birdwatchers, just above the Brigg on the cliff tops is Filey Country Park with play park and nature trail also the views from here are magnificent. A short drive away you also have Scarborough and Bridlington Seaside resorts to explore as well as the wondrous Yorkshire Wolds.

Enter through the gate to the enclosed garden, the front door leads into the porch with boot rack and beach games. Leading off the hallway is the cosy lounge with a gas fire, sofa bed, TV, DVD and a lovely bay window offering partial sea views, where you can sit and watch the world go by, read a book and relax after a busy day exploring. Further along the hallway you will find a well-equipped kitchen/diner with electric oven and gas hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer, breakfast bar and dining table for meal time get togethers. Also off the hallway is the contemporary ground floor bathroom, with shower over bath and WC. Take the stairs to the bedrooms, a master double bedroom with a bay window with gorgeous sea views, an en-suite shower room and WC. Off the landing a further twin zip-and-link (which can be made into a king-size on request). There is also a separate WC on this floor.

Outside, is an enclosed garden with patio area, BBQ and private off-road parking for one car.

Dogs are charged at £20 each per full or part week.

This semi-detached house was comfortable, welcoming and relaxing. I would book again because it is so convenient for the town, as well as the beach and park for children and dogs.

This semi (not cottage as described) has everything you need for a comfortable warm stay. It's location is ideal if you have children as near a park and also for dogs as near the dog friendly part of Filey beach. This property is in a superb location in Filey. It is well equipped with everything needed for an excellent and comfortable stay. I would highly recommend this property. It is next to the park, very close to the beach and the shops.

A lovely cottage excellently decorated perfect location park across road and beach a short walk away everything you need. The only reason didn't give 5 stars right through we're small cleaning issues the excellent ensuite shower drain requires frequent clearing as it was blocked with hair etc causing the shower base to overflow. Think a repair mustRead more have been done to wire on window sill in front bedroom debris still lying on sill but would definitely recommend this property. Love to go back. Hide

Ideal location for shops, only 150 yards to a clean well kept family park. A short walk to lovely beaches, and an ideal position for visiting other holiday resorts. Cannot praise this property enough. Thank you.

The place we stayed in was homely and just perfect for a new year stay. The house was clean, warm, spacious and very comfortable. When we arrived there was a loaf of bread and milk, lovely touch. We didn't want to leave at the end of the week. The town and the beaches are beautiful and had everything we needed. We would love to stay again, but the Read moreonly thing that would stop us would be that the garden wasn't that secure for our dog. Hide
