Lovely cottage in a great location, close to the Beach and Broads. Has everything you may need with one exception no Ice box in fridge. We had a great holiday and would return .Church bells ring every hour but with ear plugs did not wake us.

It was very comfortable and conveniently placed. The owner who had the pub next door was very friendly. The church clock chimed every hour day and night but we did not find this in the least annoying.

Quiet location, if you can sleep through the church tolling on the hour, every hour. Bar and restaurant are in the vicinity. Comfortable cottage, within travelling distance of the coast.
