This unique property is just yards from the beach and harbour of Port Isaac. It is the perfect retreat to embrace this famous village and enjoy all the amenities on offer.

Situated in the centre of Port Issac a working fishing port which is a jewel in Cornwall’s crown and known to many as the fictional Port Wenn from TV fame. Popular with visitors it has changed little over the generations. This small port offers a mix of bistros, inns, restaurants and independent stores. Enjoy a boat trip from fishing to a leisurely scenic ride. Close by is the town of Rock, a favourite with the elite, Padstow famous for fine food and Polzeath, the surfer’s paradise. For cyclists try the nearby Camel Trail. Attractions include many National Trust properties, Pencarrow House, golf at St Kew, Go Karting, The Eden Project and many fabulous local beaches like Daymer bay, Poleath, Bedruthan Steps and Watergate Bay.

The light and airy lounge area with TV, overlooks the village and is adorned with artwork and accessories, a perfect place to sip a cool wine and enjoy the chit chat from the day’s activities. The kitchen area has all the appliances one could wish for your holiday home cooking. Comprising of electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, wine cooler and Tassimo coffee machine. Just off from the kitchen you will find the beach inspired shower room with shower and WC. On this floor are three bedrooms. One double bedroom has views over the street that leads down to the beach and harbour. Bedroom two is a twin, with views across the rooftops and bedroom three is a single. In the bedroom passageway, you will find the utility cupboard with washer/dryer.

The apartment is very spacious and has everything you need for a great holiday including toys for the beach.

Stunning lovely little apartment full of character. Fab location in a beautiful little village. All the amenities u could need for a relaxing week away. Plenty of space and a lovely walk if a little steep to the car. Its a lovely location for exploring cornwal. Wi-fi is fab and had no issues with streaming movies in the evenings.
