Perfectly equipped cottage with fantastic views of the harbour, can't really fault anything, even came with a friendly ginger cat , the off road parking space is a godsend. Will definitely book this cottage again!

The directions to the cottage could be improved,we found an alternative route, using Great Rea Road to access the parking spot behind the property, rather than the narrow, winding, vehicle parked road given in the cottage information.

Beautiful cottage, beautiful location. Maddy, who looks after the cottage for the owners, was so kind and helpful. The owners have made such a good job of providing such a lovely homely holiday cottage, a real home from home place to stay.

This is a lovely cottage and it met our needs very well. It is clean, well appointed and well situated for the quayside and other areas of Brixham. The parking space is very welcome as the streets around the cottage are very narrow. I would endorse previous comments about the number of steps you have to tackle to get anywhere.

This cottage is very tastefully decorated and well equipped in a beautiful location. Lots of steps, which is not a problem for us but you need to be fairly fit. Only think to watch out for, if you have a vehicle with low ground clearance, the entrance to the car parking space is steep. Our Mazda MX5 only just cleared with a careful approach.

Provident cottage is situated in a beautiful location with excellent comfortable facilities & warm cosy feel. Really good access to the town with small supermarkets, take-aways (thoroughly recommend "simply fish") pubs and restaurants a short walk away. The steps to the front and rear of the property made access a little tricky with our pram and thRead moree routes down the harbour also require taking steps or a very steep slope. To be honest the views more than make up for it though. Hide

This is a fantastic cottage with beautiful views. I stayed here with my 2 children in February. It was warm, comfortable and had everything we could possibly have needed. We enjoyed being so close to the harbour (got a little fitter going up and down the steps) and walked for miles in both directions along the coast, watching the seals in the harboRead moreur. My daughter enjoyed crab fishing each day and delicious ice cream too. There is a good bus service along the coast so we used this to get around. Hide
