Milford on Sea itself has a choice of restaurants, pubs and shops for those essential supplies as well a popular pebble beach with views of the Isle of Wight. Nearby Lymington, with its cobbled streets and strong maritime heritage is a haven for water sports enthusiasts and with the New Forest National Park on your doorstep, you will find this picturesque area has an abundance of pretty towns and villages, which are ideal for walking and cycling.
A path runs around the side of the property to the main door. On entering the property you are met with a cosy snug giving access to the lounge on the left, which is the perfect spot to relax and watch a film as it has a wood burner, TV and DVD. Leading off of the snug to the right is a bright and airy kitchen/diner, which is well-equipped with a range style electric oven and gas hob, fridge/freezer, microwave and dishwasher. A door leads from here to the garden. An adjacent utility area houses the washing machine and tumble dryer and leads to a wet room with shower and WC. Rising from the snug are the steep cottage stairs with restricted head height in some areas, leading to a twin bedroom at the front of the house and a double bedroom to the rear, which has an open-plan en-suite with a freestanding slipper bath and WC.
