Fishermen will be delighted with the salmon and trout fishing on the beautiful River Ness, just a short walk away. Golf enthusiasts are also well catered for with an array of courses within easy reach including Inverness, Loch Ness, Castle Stuart, Fort Augustus, Aigas and Boat of Garten. Enjoy a short trip to the world famous Loch Ness and exhibition centre.

On entering the property you are greeted with a spacious hallway leading through to the light and bright lounge with bay window, feature fireplace (not for use) and TV/DVD. Through the hallway you are met with a second lounge the perfect place to enjoy a good book. Continuing through the hallway you will find a beautiful king-size bedroom with TV, en-suite wetroom with shower and WC. Next you will find the wonderful bespoke kitchen with electric range oven and gas hob, fridge/freezer and large dining table with chairs. The utility room with washing machine, dishwasher, microwave and sink has a door leading out to the rear garden. You will then find the bathroom with a shower over the bath and WC. Back through the hallway and up a flight of stairs to the first floor you are met with two shower rooms with shower and WC. Leading up the next flight of stairs you will find a king-size bedroom with sink followed by another king-size bedroom with sink and en-suite shower room with shower and WC. Continuing back through the hallway is the lovely twin bedroom and a king-size bedroom.

Venturing outside you will find the beautifully presented front garden and spacious mature rear garden with the benefit of a private eco-friendly wood fired hot tub, a patio with seating area and BBQ hut. There is ample off-road parking available.

Great property in a central location. Fitted our group of 8 adults and 1 child perfectly. The hot tub and bbq hut are a brilliant bonus.

Wonderful location and spacious for a family get together. The beds were very comfortable and we all slept well. For us a downside was that the hot tub is wood burning.

This was a great house with quality furniture, short walking distance to the town centre A little noise from the road but this was not noticeable after a while. The hot tub was wonderful. This was a very enjoyable Christmas "getaway".
