Nearby Coniston water is a great place for visitors to try their hand at a range of water sports, including paddle-boarding, canoeing, windsurfing and rowing.
This beautiful property makes a wonderful base to return to after a busy day of sightseeing, walking, climbing or water sports, offering a restful countryside retreat. On entering the property, guests come immediately to the stylish and sunny kitchen/diner which is well-equipped with an oven, hob, fridge/freezer, microwave and dishwasher, A kitchen island offers a great place to prepare meals, perhaps whilst watching the TV. The dining area, at the far end of this room, is especially light, as it surrounded by windows on three sides. Just off from this room, guests will find a separate utility room, with a WC, washer, and tumble dryer. The main bathroom, which is also on the first floor, has a shower over the bath and WC.

It is even possible to follow the path straight from the property into the nearby village of Hawkshead.
